Comments: I had just moved into this house a few months earlier and moved from a state were we didn't have a problem with bugs and then I started seeing ants in a couple of places in the house. I had them treat for ants. I have cats and they used a spray that would not be harmful to them. They sprayed inside and outside with something that was supposed to get back to the nest and not just kill on contact. I did see a few ants in the house again about 3 weeks later and they came back and sprayed again for free. I haven;t seen any since. There was an odd situation that occurred right after they sprayed. I got up one morning and found thousands of cucumber beetles dead on my front porch. There is no explanation as to why the beetles came to my house but it appears that the broad spectrum spray they used killed the beetles.

Comments: We just bought a new house and in the process of unpacking saw a couple of bugs. I was devastated, crying and upset. I did some research over the weekend and planned on calling a big name company 1st thing Monday morning. I also looked on Home Advisor for advice and recommendations. Before I had a chance to call Monday I received a call from Ryan at Integrity Pest Control at 8:30 am. I told him I was on my way to work and would call him right back. I got to work, looked up his reviews on H.A and was very impressed. I called him back and he was so nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail and told me he would take care of it. He came the next day and he really went above and beyond! He made sure all of our pet bowls were out of the house (moved them himself), helped my husband move my birds to the back yard and just payed attention to every detail-even making sure my dish sponges weren't contaminated. His customer service is top rate and I have not seen 1 bug since. I would not call anyone else. I'm so glad he called me that day and got to me 1st. He's got my business from now on. Super nice guy and very efficient. He knows his stuff!

Comments: I definitely recommend Integrity Termite. Ryan and Kevin did an outstanding job. They inspected my house and crawl space and identified more sites of termite activity than all other firms combined. They followed the manufacturers directions to apply Termidor HE. In addition, they drilled holes in my foundation walls, piers, and chimney base to apply the Termidor HE. They were also helpful in moving big heavy items in my garage. I know it will take 90 days to kill the colony. However, I already see evidence that the Termidor HE is working. Mud columns that previously were replaced in days by the termites have not been replaced once. Besides being very professional, they were a pleasure to have at my house.

Comments: I hired Integrity for an initial termite and pest inspection. Jennifer provided very clear information about their services and terms. The initial inspection was free because I didn't need a document to show the results and no treatment was needed for termites or other bugs. The technician Ryan arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection of the house, attic, and crawlspace. When he found a possum trapped in the crawlspace, he rescued it and took it away to release, for a very reasonable fee. I was completely satisfied with Integrity and I plan to use them for all future pest control needs. I would recommend them highly!

Comments: Jennifer at Interity was quick to repond, contacting me immediately, after I requested service through HomeAdvisors.com. Steve came out the next day after I called, and provided an estimate for what I was needing. I had found wasps in my exhaust light fan in the master bathroom, and also had carpenter bee damage in my pergola. Steve had noticed wasps nests next to my attic vents, and did a very thorough check of the outside of the house, the attic, and crawl space. He provided an estimate to have the attic space fogged, the outside of the house and crawl space sprayed, and the holes drilled by the carpenter bees sprayed and plugged. The work was scheduled for the following week. He came back on schedule, completed the work making sure all wasps were killed, and carpenter bees were eliminated before plugging the holes that the carpenter bees had made. He was professional, friendly, down to earth, very knowledgeable his work, and thorough in explaining what he was doing and what I needed to look for to find future potential problems. He also looked for termite damage and found none. I am extremely satisfied with Integrity. They live up to their name. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control service. I will hire them again if and when needed in the future.

He and his employee Steve did an excellent job and actually showed me the chemical they were using along with the chemical information before treating my home. They drilled and treated every room in my house including the sun room along with the garage and porch. They also trenched the exterior perimeter of my house and treated it with the highest quality chemical on the market. Integrity Termite and Pest Control go the extra mile, they are very honest and knowledgeable, and are far superior than the other local termite companies that I got estimates from. Integrity Termite and Pest Control gave me a 5 year warranty unlike the rest of the companies I contacted which were only 1 year. The other companies did not want to drill and treat the entire house like the label said on the chemical. If you want an honest and reputable Termite and Pest Control company I would definitely recommend Integrity Termite and Pest Control. They are the best in my opinion.
